Basic Bookkeeping Services
This covers the processing of all of your income and expenditure, receipts and payments onto your own accounting package or, if you don’t have one, onto one of our own packages. Reconciliation of all bank statements and credit card statements are carried out regularly.
At the end of your financial year we will provide your accountant with all the information they need to prepare your end of year accounts and deal with your Tax Returns.
We use several different accounting software systems including Sage, Quick Books and TAS.
Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger Reporting
We can provide you with monthly reports showing you how much you owe your suppliers and, perhaps more importantly, how much your customers owe you.
Credit Control
We can also act as your credit control department, chasing debts on your behalf to ensure that your customers pay you what you are owed.
Management Accounts
We provide monthly reports that show your income, expenditure and profits. This allows you to monitor how your business is performing and identify any unexpected variances in your income or expenditure.
VAT Returns
If you are VAT registered then we will complete your quarterly VAT Returns and let you know how much you owe HM Revenue & Customs. We can deal with cash accounting for VAT as well as the standard accounting method and are experienced in dealing with the margin VAT and global VAT schemes.
